Sloop flats Beethovenlaan Doetinchem / building demolition / excavator skill / appartements / asmr
Sloop 2 van de 4 flatgebouwen aan de Beethovenlaan te Doetinchem.
In 1958 zijn flat 4 en 3 gebouwd en rond 1962 opgeleverd. Flat 2 en 1 volgden niet veel later. Flat 1 werd uiteindelijk in het voorjaar van 1964 opgeleverd. Daarmee was de Beethovenlaan gereed en compleet.
Ruim 64 jaar later waren flat 4 en 3 er slecht aan toe (betonrot) en moesten worden gesloopt om plaats te maken voor nieuwbouw.
Op woensdagochtend 29 juni 2022 werd een begin gemaakt met de sloop van de 4e flat. Op woensdagochtend 31 augustus 2022 werd een start gemaakt met de sloop van de 3e flat.
In deze video is de sloop van de 2 flatgebouwen te zien.
In de video staat regelmatig dat het om 128 woningen gaat. Dat is onjuis...

The two apartment buildings have been demolished to make way for two new apartment buildings, equipped with the most modern technologies and are energy efficient and environmentally friendly. They also emit no CO2 and the new residents cook electrically and the homes are also heated via heat pumps.

We are ship spotters in the UK and we fly our drones out to sea to get our footage, we don't always get the luxury to see some of the beautiful vessels you have on film here. Ship spotting is such an amazing community, keep up the hard work and we hope we can see some new footage from you soon!

Yes, it's easy to get there. It's the Koningin (queen) Emmaboulevard. It's free to visit and park your car. You then can almost toutch the ships 😀 The footage you saw where shot from the apartment I rented during my summer holidays.

Waarom altijd die harde muziek op de achtergrond , ik wil die motoren horen daar heb je wat aan .
De muziek is niet hard hoor. Dat ligt aan uw eigen volume-instellingen. Dat het geluid van de motoren van de schepen niet te horen zijn heeft met de wind te maken. Ik hoor liever muziek dan het gebulder van de wind in de microfoon. Ook zijn er bij de originele beelden veel omgevingsgeluiden te horen. Dus de keus voor rustige muziek was snel gemaakt.
Die ouwe langzaam loper is wel mooi idd maar er staan heeel veeel videos met motorgeluiden op youtube
0:54 is dat een fu****g vallende ster daar rechts boven?!
Het lijkt wel zo, maar verwacht dat het gewoon nog ouderwets een vuurpijl was (toen het nog mocht).
Aaah, mooie herinneringen! Prachtig gefilmd! Ik ben meer dan 20 jaar naar Luxemburg geweest. Wij stonden altijd in Reisdorf op de camping 🤩 Fantastische tijd!
Klopt, het is een schitterende omgeving. Ook het kleine Zwitserland, Mullerthal is ook erg mooi. Op de camping in Reisdorf kan je ook goed eten. Daar hebben wij wel eens gezeten. Maar ook aan de overkant van de Sûre in Duitsland, Wallendorf, zitten uitstekende restaurants.
Mooi gedaan en mooi in beeld gebracht.
De sloop van 2 van de 4 flats aan de Beethovenlaan te Doetinchem. Op de plek van de 2 gesloopte flats komt nieuwbouw. Een slideshow van de bouw zal binnenkort op dit kanaal te zien zijn. Sicher. Ich konnte immer noch auf der Strecke gehen. Einen Feiertag später war es weg und asphaltiert. Zum Glück haben wir die Bilder noch 👍😀
